TurkStat connector: Türkiye's CPI under COICOP 2018.
The Data Portal publishes machine-readable SDMX-JSON bulk files. Four are needed because the source separates quantities and depths:
* TT09: monthly index levels, CPI through COICOP subclass (Levels 1--5); * TT01: published monthly and annual rates for CPI and divisions; * TT02: published monthly and annual rates for subclasses; * TT04: annual basket weights, CPI through seven-digit items (Levels 1--7).
COICOP 2018 is deliberately namespaced as `tuik2018. The rest of this archive's shared coicop vocabulary is COICOP 1999, and silently equating the revisions would be a crosswalk rather than a source fact. Only the CPI headline also carries coicop: _T`, the one equivalence common to every national classification.
